Office supply company The Euroffice Group has launched a high speed, full service mobile e-commerce solution for both its business and consumer customers. The site launches as more than ten per cent of the company’s site traffic now originates from mobile users and one quarter of its emails are opened on mobile devices.

Mirroring the services offered on the desktop version, the new site supports every aspect of the Euroffice shopping experience, from searching the vast database of 16,000 products, to viewing full account details, previous orders, invoices and saved settings. More importantly, the development team has achieved this without compromising speed or performance.

The iOS and Android site, which is the result of two years of intensive research and development, offers customers quick order functionality for customers who urgently need next day delivery; full order tracking; product review content across the entire mobile catalogue of 16,000 products; access to all the tools you would find shopping on a desktop version of the website, including past purchases, favourites and shopping history from previous orders; and Google optimisation; with extremely fast page speeds, simple navigation structures and strong design features which adhere fully to Google’s usability guidelines.

Euroffice is also able to personalise marketing content by customer and channel, allowing it to provide customers with unique offers tailored to their needs.

“In the office supplies industry, and especially in the B2B market, mobile is under invested by many retailers,” says CEO Simon Drakeford. “Small business owners are incredibly busy and often on the move, so they not only need but increasingly expect suppliers to provide a fully functioning, fast and easy to use multi channel offering, and that’s exactly what we’re able to offer them with our new site.”
